"Birthday outline" refers to the birthday gifts delivered in batches, and "Outline" refers to the organization of transporting goods in batches.
The birth outline comes from the second half of the 16th chapter of the famous book the water margin (71 chapters) written by the novelist Shi Naian in the late Yuan and early Ming Dynasties.
The original title was "Wu uses wisdom to win the birth outline". It mainly tells the story of Yang Zhi escorting his birthday Gang to Tokyo and being captured by Chao Gai, Wu Yong and others on the way (huangnigang).

"Outwitting shengchengang" describes how Yang Zhi escorted shengchengang to Tokyo and was captured by Chao Gai, Wu Yong and others on the way (Huang Nigang). The story focuses on the contradiction between the feudal rulers represented by Cai Jing and Liang Zhongshu and the majority of farmers, and enthusiastically praises the wisdom, courage and organizational ability of the uprising farmers.
The 16th chapter plays a very important role in the book. Before that, the novel mainly describes the struggle of individual heroes such as Lu Zhishen and Lin Chong. The "wise birth outline" is the collective action of the uprising farmers and the beginning of the gathering of heroes in Liangshanpo.
